Shipping is FREE for all orders in Mexico. Most products are shipped via Fedex ground, for larger/heavier product we will ship via truck. All orders will be processed within 24 business hours.

You may cancel your order at any point before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped the Return and Exchange policy will apply. 

mx.kef.com may cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons include the product ordered is out of stock and there are no plans for restocking that item, errors in pricing or availability, payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution. 

mx.kef.com reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery of any packages.
